RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We operate a limited returns policy to maintain product integrity and reduce unnecessary waste.

RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unworn

• In original condition

• Returned with all tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Made-to-order pieces

SIZE EXCHANGES
If sizing isn’t right, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

We ask customers not to return items unless faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not liable for lost returns.

If a return is rejected, the cost of reshipping the item back to you will also be your responsibility.

PROCESSING

FAULTS & ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear images of the issue

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Requests outside this window may not be accepted.
