RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, discounted products, or made-to-order pieces.
EXCHANGES FOR SIZE
If the size is not right, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Items must be:
Unworn
In original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging
To request a size exchange, please contact sales@choke.uk with your order number and requested size within 14 days of delivery.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty, please contact sales@choke.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange or replacement where appropriate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If an exchanged item is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to reject the exchange and the cost of shipping the item back to you will be your responsibility.
